I know, it was surprise for me too! So without further adieu, please meet Mr. Mugammoodi ('Mask'), our Tamilian superhero who does wing chun in all his action sequences! In fact, this is the only Indian film to use wing chun for its action choreography. I mean, wing chun is the only thing used in the entire movie, the hero, the villian, everyone!! Possibly even more than they used it in Ip Man. Why? The movie's choreographer, Tony Leung; who also happens to be the choreographer for Ip Man (2008). Most of the stunts were very similar to that of the first and second Ip Man movies. They even had a fight scene in a fish market, ha! like we wouldn't notice.

Though the movie did not make it big at the box office, a lot of wing chun practitioners including myself are very proud and extremely happy for this initiative.
This will help a lot of wing chun aspirants and teachers in South India. It has also been an eye opener for a lot of people who did not know the difference between Kung Fu and Wing Chun. So, go watch the film, get inspired! Learn Wing Chun!
