Dear friends,

This blog was made for those seeking out wing chun schools/teachers, back in a time when wing chun was very rarely found in India. Today, there is more awareness and access to wing chun, and a simple google search would tell you where the nearest wing chun school is. The schools mentioned in this blog are still the prominent ones and now has branched out to be bigger and successful.

I myself, have found wing chun teachers outside India, and still practice as much as time allows me to.

Wing chun is a beautiful and powerful art. I have found it to be extremely effective in combat/competitive situations when combined with other styles like Kuntao and bjj.

To everyone, have fun training and don't stop practicing!

I am extremely happy to announce the website launch of Wing Chun School International - India.

Riaz is the Regional Cheif Instructor (India) for the UK Wing Chun Kung fu Association founded by Master James Sinclair. He is an amazing person with years of authentic Wing Chun experience from the renowned  Midlands Wing Chun School, Birmingham, UK. He is the perfect example for a great teacher and I would urge any serious Wing Chun aspirant to simply call him up and feel the energy and enthusiasm he has for the art. (Read more about him here.)

In fact, if you want to learn the original art of Wing Chun in South India, then this is the only place to go. If you are not from Chennai, please feel free to call Sihing Riaz. I am sure he will help you find a proper schedule for training.  You can contact Riaz at: +91 8754446963
